The Property Lists Module allows you to view, manage, and maintain all properties associated with your account. This module provides visibility into property details such as location, assigned Property Manager, contact information, and current status.
- Action Bar
- Filters – Allows you to narrow down the list of properties based on specific criteria
- Search Property Name – Quickly locate a property by typing its name
- Download Icon – Exports the property list for reporting or offline reference
- Property Table Columns.
- Each row in the table represents a single property. The columns include:
- Property – Name of the property
- Address – Street address of the property
- City – City where the property is located
- County – County associated with the property
- State – State abbreviation
- Property Manager – Assigned Property Manager for the property
- PM Email – Email address of the Property Manager
- Status – Current status of the property (e.g., Active)
- Column headers can be clicked to sort the list in ascending or descending order.
- Property Status
- Properties marked as Active are currently enabled and available for use across the platform.
- Status indicators provide quick visibility into whether a property is usable for workflows such as RFPs, contracts, and reporting.
- Each row in the table represents a single property. The columns include:
- Property Actions Menu. Each property row includes a three-dot (⋮) menu on the far right. This menu provides the following actions:
- View
- Opens the property in view-only mode
- Allows you to review property details without making changes
- Edit
- Enables editing of property information
- Allows updates to details such as address, assigned Property Manager, or other editable fields
- Note: Available actions may depend on your user role and permissions.
