The module enables you to view, manage, and update your company information, contacts, and vendor preferences in a single location. This section ensures that your organization’s details are accurate and that the right contacts are associated with your properties and activities within Connexus.


  1. Company Name, Logo, and Classification 
  2. Navigation Tabs. Across the top of the module, you can easily switch between related sections:
    • Contact List – View and manage all associated contacts
    • Properties – Access properties linked to your company
    • Current Vendors – View vendors currently servicing your properties
    • Preferred Vendors – Identify vendors you prefer to work with
    • Do Not Use Vendors – Track vendors you’ve chosen not to engage
  3. Company Information. In this tab, you can view and manage your organization’s basic details, including:
    • Parent Company (if applicable)
    • Company name and Legal Name
    • Classification
    • Logo and website
    • Account status (e.g., Active)
    • Company description
  4. Corporate Contacts. This section allows you to manage the primary and secondary contacts associated with your organization.
    • From this section, you can:
    • Add new corporate contacts
    • View contact details such as name, role, email, and phone number
    • Designate primary and secondary contacts
    • Authorize users who need access to the platform
  5. Action Buttons. These buttons, found on the upper right corner of the deck, allow you to edit, deactivate, manage contacts, and manage roles.
    • Edit - Allows you to add or update company information, including the company name, legal name, logo, website, preferred vendors, vendors not to use, status, and description.
    • Deactivate – Prompts you to deactivate your account on the platform. Once you click “OK,” the account is deactivated, and you will no longer be able to access it.
    • Manage Contacts – Navigates you to the Contact Management module.
    • Manage Roles – Navigates you to the Role Management module.
